Bay Harbor
- Bay Harbor is a 343-unit luxury apartment project, constructed on approximately 38-acres in the City of Ft. Myers, Lee County, Florida. The first class gated project is built around a two man made lakes and the development includes a pool, clubhouse, sports courts, a video monitored play area, car care center, fitness center and a sand volleyball pit.
- The project was financed by equity provided by Captec Financial Group and debt from Wachovia. The Project began construction in March 2002 and sold to Gibraltar Holdings of San Diego, CA in September 2004.

Andante Emeryville
- Andante Emeryville began in April 2003 as a 102-unit Luxury Mixed-Use apartment and retail development in conjunction with SNK Development and Construction and Captec Financial Group.
- In March 2004 SNK and La Playa Properties decided to capitalize on the shortage of affordable housing in the San Francisco Bay area and more specifically the lack of for sale housing in Emeryville by converting the project from for rent to for sale units and adding an additional structure with 23 more units. The 125 condominium development also includes aver 15,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space including a 4,700-sq. ft. sit-down restaurant.

La Cantera
- La Cantera is a gated community located in La Quinta, California -- "The Jewel of the Desert." Construction on the first phase of the sixty semi-custom Frank Stolz homes began in March 2005. The project's location was chosen due to its proximity to SilverRock Ranch, the municipally owned golf complex that promises to be The Destination in the Coachella Valley, the mountain views, and the proximity to local amenities.
- La Cantera was designed to provide a high-end opportunity for home-buyers that wish to enjoy desert living without being bothered by the high HOA dues, and common nuisances of golf course living. Project financing was provided by Captec Financial Group and Palm Desert National Bank.

The Croix
- La Playa Properties acquired the 7.5 acre site on the ring road at the Galleria Mall in Henderson, NV in April 2005. The 137-unit Urban Townhomes were designed by KTGY and financed by Phoenix Capital Partners and Fremont Investment and Loan. Sales are anticipated to begin in Spring 2006.

The Vaquero, San Luis Obispo, CA
- The Vaquero is a mixed-use development in San Luis Obispo, CA. The land was purchased in December 2007 and construction is expected to start June 2008 and be complete by Fall 2009. The Vaquero is comprised of 6 town homes, 27 condominiums, and approximately 6,000 sf of commercial space on the ground floor. On the top floor there is a 3,000 sf rooftop deck available for the residents. Peikert Group of Santa Barbara is the architect and the project is financed by Phoenix Capital Partners and Heritage Oaks Bank.
